Position: Senior Ruby/Elixir Developer

Key Responsibilities:
🎯 Lead Backend Projects: Take ownership of backend development and contribute to system architecture, ensuring high scalability and reliability.
🎯 Ensure Timely Delivery: Manage project milestones, ensuring features are delivered on time and with exceptional quality.
🎯 Collaborate with Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to align development efforts, maintain system consistency, and improve overall product quality.
🎯 Drive Continuous Improvement: Champion best practices, and lead the adoption of new tools, frameworks, and techniques that improve the product and team workflows.
🎯 Code Reviews: Provide thorough code reviews, offering constructive feedback and ensuring high code quality across the team.
🎯 Mentorship: Help junior developers grow by providing guidance, sharing knowledge, and encouraging skill development.

Requirements & Qualifications:
💻 Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
💻 Ruby/Elixir Expertise: 5+ years of professional experience with Ruby and/or Elixir, with a strong understanding of their ecosystems.
💻 Backend Development: Extensive experience with building RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
💻 Database Skills: Proficiency with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and familiarity with NoSQL databases.
💻 Version Control: Experience with Git for version control and collaborative development.
💻 Bonus Skills: Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, React), containerization (e.g., Docker), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP).
