Kronos - Application Consultant

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Implementing UKG Central and Dimension solutions. Developing solutions using the UKG workforce management software that meets customer requirements.
• Assisting the customer with testing, understanding the solution, and handholding (application orientation) during system handover.
• Communicating with customers promptly and professionally and escalating issues to the Solution Consultant or Project Manager as necessary

Skills -Required:

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in implementing UKG Advanced Scheduling, UKG Activities, and UKG Analytics modules would be an added advantage.
• Excellent technical understanding of Operating Systems, networking technologies, software applications, and communication protocols.
• Must be a self-starter and willing to work independently without daily supervision
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.

Experience:

• 5-10 years of experience implementing Kronos UKG Timekeeper and Absence Management.
