Job Description
- Delegating directing service tasks, monitoring the progress of current projects, and managing service team members to ensure the team s objectives
- Handling customer complaints or concerns quickly professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers
- Evaluate and resolve problems of customers
- Inspect and review findings to determine the solution to the problem
- Report common complaints of customers to top management in order to address the situation for future reference
Bachelor / Diploma degree in science or engineering
Multi lingual preffered- English, Hindi local language
5 to 8 years experience in managing customers
Strong track record in managing customers complaint
Excellent written verbal communication skill
Advance computer skill - Excel, Word and Power Point
Ability to thrive in ambiguous environment
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
