The company is looking for an experienced and self driven service manager who can offer on-site and off-site solutions for heat exchangers and refrigeration systems to the customers and assist other service team members to remove customer s problem. The candidte should have good communication skill to interact with customers to provide information and procedures to address their concerns and requests.
ResponsibilitiesBachelor / Diploma degree in science or engineering
Multi lingual preffered- English, Hindi & local language
5 to 8 years experience in managing customers
Strong track record in managing customer s complaint
Excellent written & verbal communication skill
Advance computer skill - Excel, Word and Power Point
Ability to thrive in ambiguous environment
