1. Understand client requirements and prepare project brief summarizing the constraints and opportunities
2. Develop concepts and prepare presentation for clients to communicate the design concepts and ideas using contemporary softwares and applications
3. Monitor progress and stages of projects and take actions in assigning tasks.
4. Guide junior architects and trainees and assign jobs according to the schedules and priorities
5. Coordinate with consultants and vendors regarding rates and specifications of products and services as per required
6. Procure, analyse and evaluate quotations and proposals from consultants and vendors regarding rates and specifications of products and services
