Job Description
- Develop and execute account plans for key clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and goals
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and develop strategies to expand the business
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals, presentations, and contracts
- Monitor and report on account performance, including sales and revenue targets
- Provide exceptional service and support to clients, responding to inquiries and issues in a timely manner
- Work closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and customer service to ensure that clients receive the support they need
- Participate in industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments
- Provide regular updates and reports on account activity to senior management
- Strong sales and marketing knowledge
- Experience using CRM systems and account management tools
- Strong customer focus with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
