Real Estate Executive

Role & responsibilities

Property Transactions:

• Facilitate the buying, selling, and leasing of commercial and residential properties.
• Negotiate and finalise deals, ensuring the satisfaction of all parties involved.

Data Management:

• Maintain and update client databases.
• Record client interactions, preferences, and follow-up activities.

Research:

• Analyze market trends, property values, and local real estate opportunities.
• Stay updated with zoning regulations, government policies, and industry developments.

Client Engagement:

• Conduct follow-ups to nurture relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Provide professional advice and guidance tailored to client needs.

Prospecting and Sales:

• Generate leads through cold calling, telesales, and networking.
• Identify and qualify prospective buyers, sellers, and tenants.

Candidate must be having Excellent Communication skills.
