Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Fusion Tech Lead to drive technical efforts related to Lucidworks Fusion, an AI-powered data discovery and search platform.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for solution architecture, team leadership, client engagement, and customization of Fusion solutions to enhance search relevancy and performance.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Architecture :

- Design and oversee the implementation of search and AI solutions using Lucidworks Fusion.

- Ensure seamless integration with client systems, data pipelines, and workflows.

Team Leadership :

- Guide and mentor a team of engineers and developers in implementing Fusion solutions.

- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices for software development.

Client Engagement :

- Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define Fusion workflows, search pipelines, and machine learning models.

Customization & Optimization :

- Customize Fusion-based search workflows, relevancy tuning, and AI-driven enhancements.

- Optimize performance and troubleshoot issues to meet client-specific needs.

Product Expertise & Troubleshooting :

- Stay updated with Lucidworks Fusion capabilities, new features, and roadmap developments.

- Debug and resolve technical challenges related to Fusion deployments.

- Provide feedback to the product team on potential enhancements or new features.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Technical Expertise :

- Strong experience with Lucidworks Fusion, Apache Solr, AI models, and signal processing.

- Proficiency in Java, Python, or Scala.

- Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL processes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Search & AI Knowledge :

- Deep understanding of search engine architecture, NLP (Natural Language Processing), and machine learning concepts.

Project Management & Communication :

- Ability to manage technical projects, timelines, and deliverables effectively.

- Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience in creating technical documentation and presentations.

Problem-Solving & Innovation :

- Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and innovation.

- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize Fusion-based solutions for performance and scalability.
