Job Title : Lead Software Engineer

Location : Indore, Madhya Pradesh (On-site)

About the Role :

bluCursor Infotech Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Software Engineer to join our team in Indore.

This is a full-time, on-site role where you'll leverage your technical expertise, leadership acumen, and problem-solving abilities to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to the overall system architecture, and manage a team of talented developers to ensure timely project delivery within scope and budget.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software solutions that align with business requirements.

- Contribute to the software design and system architecture, focusing on performance, scalability, and maintainability.

- Lead and mentor a team of software developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

- Work extensively with technologies such as Java, MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js), and web services (REST/SOAP).

- Ensure seamless integration of cloud solutions, leveraging platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure.

- Implement DevOps practices using tools like Git, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align software development with organizational goals and customer needs.

- Drive Agile development practices, ensuring smooth project execution and timely delivery.

- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends to implement best-in-class solutions.

Qualifications :

- Educational Background : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Expertise in back-end web development and full-stack frameworks.

- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, and JavaScript.

- Hands-on experience with the MERN Stack.

- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns.

- Experience with web services (REST/SOAP) and API integration.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

- Hands-on experience with databases like Oracle, SQL Server PostgreSQL

- DevOps Knowledge : Familiarity with tools such as Git, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.

- Proven experience in managing and mentoring development teams.

- Strong ability to drive projects from inception to completion while ensuring quality.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Analytical and critical thinking abilities to solve complex technical challenges.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies and software development life cycles (SDLC).
