Job Title- Training Manager

Post vacant for training manager for an Ayurvedic / Herbal company manufacturing Ayurvedic / Herbal medicines ,cosmetics and hair care products. The person is willing to work field and office both.

Job Responsibilities:-

1. Expertise in managing new hire trainings and continuous improvement programs.
2. Proficient in Motivational Training including Soft Skills & Behavioural Training and Sales Training.
3. Should have experience of training Ayurvedic products sales force.`

Desired Candidate Profile:-

1. 4 to 5 years of experience as a Trainer in reputed company
2. B.Sc. , M.Sc., B.Pharma , M. Pharma , BAMS, D pharma
3. Dynamic professional with excellent interpersonal skills and has enterprising style of work.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
