Senior Buisness Analyst

We seek a Sr. Business Analyst who will analyze business problems to be solved with automated systems. In this role, you will provide technical expertise to identify, evaluate and develop systems and procedures that are cost-effective and meet user requirements. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of successfully configuring and supporting ERP and industry-related vertical solutions.

Primary Job Functions:

• As part of a broad cross-functional team, you play an integral role in the learning, training, and implementation of Bloomstack system use.

• Assist users in all aspects of Bloomstack system use.

• Work with functional leaders to help develop business cases for additional software development and/or acquisition.

• Manage the configuration and provide functional support for Bloomstack.

• Collaborate on implement and upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality.

• Review, respond and resolve help desk requests as and when they arise.

• Understand key master data, parameters, and settings in the system.

• Support requirements gathering and specification writing to aid the technical team in report and integration development.

• Provide training and troubleshooting support to clients on the use of the Bloomstack.

• Consult with functional unit management and personnel to identify, define, and document business needs and objectives.

• Gap analysis for the client as well as internal features.

• Participate in user acceptance testing and unit testing of new system functionality.

• Provide support and subject matter expertise to communicate with Product Owners, Product Management, and development teams to solve any requirements issues, assist with user story definition, and ensure alignment with the system established product goals, and development timelines.

Technical Requirements :

• Minimum 5 years of work experience with ERP systems (ERPNext/Bloomstack preferred)

• Bachelors or higher degree in Computer science or related.

• Hands on experience in Excel, Word.

• Good functional understanding/experience with the following modules: Manufacturing, Inventory, Buying, Selling, Service, Projects and/or Finance of any ERP System.

• Experience in supporting implementation and organizational change management dynamics required.

• Basic Project Management skills that demonstrate your ability to build, manage, and execute upon a plan both in terms of self-management as well as working with small process improvement teams.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to speak both business process and technical process based on the audience that you are addressing, supporting, or working with.

• Demonstrated ability to work with functional leaders and team members to discover, document, design, and implement business processes in an ERP application platform.

• Good at analytical approach Client- centric approach with exceptional client interfacing and problem solving skills
