Technical Project Manager - Blackstraw.ai - Work from Office- Chennai

Roles and Responsibilities

• Leading delivery & operations across multiple service lines, across ~200 technical resources
• Lead/ Direct the key components of a projects, including strategy, planning and execution
• Lead technology delivery teams; be responsible for the quality, timelines and content of the deliverables.
• Establish key relationship with key client stakeholders and Blackstraw stakeholders
• Ability to host clients stakeholders and drive mining growth
• Operate the Business as per Operating Plans
• Establish governance for project execution and talent utilization
• Ability to hire and manage talent in multi-locations
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development to a large team of India-based technologists
• Foster and maintain a strong culture of performance, accountability and excitement
• Recruit, hire, motivate and retain top talent across various technical roles
• Provide thought leadership and dependable execution on diverse projects
• Contribute to building Digital assets

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8-15 years of hands-on experience in delivery of large scale Technical and IT operations engagement(s) with a team.
• Experienced in IT Services and in Delivery management - onsite/offshore, define and implemented delivery processes and handled a mix of project types and technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a very fast paced environment, to manage multiple tasks, to adapt and deliver results in highly unstructured situations.
• Ability to build high performing teams, mentoring team members, building a strong second line, ability to attract & retain talent.
• Excellent customer interfacing skills and proven ability to interact with the Senior leadership team from IT/ Product functions in client organizations
• Able to deal with diverse set of stakeholders and tune abstraction levels to be able to communicate effectively
• Experience in program management will be a plus
• Experience/ exposure to AI technology will be a plus
