Manager-Planning : B.Tech Civil with 5 to 10 years experience in road construction company as per below profile :

Role & responsibilities

• Prepares project work plan, scope, schedule and budget with coordination with PM, and communicates these to project team members; monitors/manages project execution for compliance with schedule, budget and quality objectives.
• Monitors reports and schedules to ensure appropriate charging of manhours, costs and expenses to projects, and to communicate project progress/status to management.
• Daily Monitor Material Consumption and update management
• Daily Monitoring Hiring and Own Machinery productivity and make reports
• Monitoring of Material Issue to the Sub Contractors and control misuse.
• Workout each construction activities of projects and ensure as per company targets/parameters
• Reports financial status of projects to Management.
• Monitor & verify DPR and advise all concern Sub Head In-charges to send DPR to Head Office.
• Conduct Weekly Meetings (Plan vs achievement) with the Management/HODs
• Technical Advise to the management for betterment of company.
• Support Management in various work.
• Good knowledge of Primavera
