Job Summary:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a strategic partner to drive human resources initiatives that align with business objectives. This role involves working closely with sales leadership to support the team's growth and success by managing talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and development programs. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of sales team dynamics.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Strategic HR Partnering: Collaborate with sales leaders to understand business priorities and provide HR guidance to support team effectiveness and performance.
2. Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal processes, coach managers on providing effective feedback, and facilitate career development conversations within the sales team.
3. Employee Engagement: Foster a positive, high-performance culture through engagement initiatives, employee recognition programs, and team-building activities tailored to the sales workforce.
4. Change Management: Partner with sales leaders to lead organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and positive impacts on sales operations.
5. Compliance & Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, and address employee relations issues effectively and efficiently.
