Key Responsibilities
1. Process Setup & Optimization: Design, implement, and continuously improve sales processes to maximise team efficiency and effectiveness.
2. Lead Generation: Develop and execute lead generation strategies to ensure a steady flow of qualified prospects.
3. Team Guidance: Provide guidance and mentorship to the sales team on best practices and industry standards.
4. Planning and Targets : Plan and set targets to achieve goals by the given timeframe with the help of existing or new resources and strategies
5. Sales Tracking & Reporting: Track sales metrics, generate reports, and present data-driven insights to leadership to support strategic decision-making.
6. Sales Strategy Development: Work closely with management to develop sales strategies aligned with business goals and market opportunities.
7. End-to-End Sales Management: Handle the complete sales lifecycle, from prospecting and pitching to closing deals and post-sales follow-up.
Experience
1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales or consulting role, with a strong background in lead generation and process setup.
2. Edtech industry experience is a plus
Skills
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong analytical skills and experience in using CRM systems.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Proficiency in sales tracking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
