• Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
• Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions

Preferred candidate profile

• Should be aware of latest retail functions and overall operations.
• Should possess rich experience in retail background and last job should be at zonal level.
• Excellent Presentation, Communication & Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to Prioritize & meet deadlines
• Strong leadership & team management experience
• Should be able to communicate with other departmental heads
• Must be pro active in his approach & attitude
• Strong notice to details attitude.
• Strong in Generating MIS Reports, should be good in MS Excel.
• Familiar with CRM software
