Job Description for accountant post:

Role & responsibilities:

• Record and maintain day-to-day business transactions like Sales, Purchases, Payments, Receipts.
• Keep Bank Accounts up to date by posting day-to-day transactions.
• Record all expenses and review those expenses & keep the track of expenses every month.
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
• Creditors & Debtors ledger reconciliation
• Maintain all the records & files in a proper manner.
• Track outstanding client payments and follow up for timely collections.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Tally Prime ERP (data entry for purchase, sales, bank vouchers, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of banking, E- way bills and other similar work
• Ability to keep documents and data well organized.

Educational Qualification:

B.Com/M.Com or equivalent in Commerce.

0 to 3 years of experience in Accounting.
