Role & responsibilities

Qualified Law Graduate capable of handling various types of legal issues including Litigation, Arbitration, and various types of legal drafting, monitoring Statutory Compliances and liaison work including representing the Organisation before Government authorities. A result-oriented and on-time professional approach with experience in preparing SOC, Rejoinder, handling of Litigation, Arbitration, Document and Contract Review, drafting of Agreement, Conveyance, Memorandum of Understanding, Plant, Petition, Court Application, Complaint, Legal Notice, Reply and other legal drafting including dealing in various other related aspects. An effective communicator with analytical and relationship management skills and adept at maintaining cordial relationship with Solicitor Firms, Senior Counsels, Officials of Government & Regulatory Authorities including external agencies.
