Training Coordinator

• Plan and work out training schedule in conjunction with HR Head based on organizational need / skill gaps assessment
• Design and develop training programs
• Select appropriate training methods, activities and assessment method
• Update existing training content and create new content as per organizational requirement
• Design, prepare and order educational aids and materials
• Coordinate with various HODs/ Project Heads for making trainees available as per schedule
• Arrange training hall, seating and training material
• Intimation to all concerns for scheduled training events
• Maintain records for the training
• Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills
• Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session
• Partner with internal stakeholders and liaise with experts regarding instructional design
• Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
• Host train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts
• Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment

Preferred candidate profile :-

• Post Graduate
• Proven work experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, Training Facilitator in reputed organizations for at least 08 years
• Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
• Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques
• Experience with e-learning platforms
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
• Basic knowledge about civil engineering / construction field.
• Should be able to conduct sessions if required for junior civil engineers
  Must be an excellent coordinator
