Role & responsibilities

1)Data collection for ESG (Environment, Sustainability & Governance)

2)Implementation of company environmental policies and practices

3)Promote and raise awareness about environment ,health & safety

4)Pollution control equipments (ZLD, STP , scrubber,stack) environment monitoring 5) Unsafe act & unsafe process identification & follow up for closure

6)Incident analysis & corrective measures

7)Imparting training on EHS aspects to employees 8) Support to departments in EHS kaizens at shop floor

Environmental Laws

Sustainability

Exposure to compliances under the Factories Act.

Liaison with related Government and other external agencies.

Advising Management on new initiatives in the realm.

Qualification: BSc/MSc (Environmental Science) with Advance Diploma in Industrial Safety

07-10 yrs in Enviornment , 01-03 yrs experience in ESG reporting

Skills: 1) Relevent skill in BRSR reporting/GRI Reprting/ESG framework 2)Expertise in environment, social, and governance programs and disclosures 3) Good research and analytical skills 4) Team player 5)Ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment 6)Enthusiastic self-starter; comfortable in working at the micro and macro levels, 7)Have good knowldge of excel 8)Ability to collect , interpreate & represent data
