Marketing Manager - Flow Meters - Turbine & Gear

Role & responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Development:
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets for AW Lake flow meters.
• Identify and engage potential clients, including industrial and commercial customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
• Market Analysis:
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
• Gather competitor intelligence to position the products effectively.
• Technical Expertise:
• Provide technical assistance and product demonstrations to customers.
• Collaborate with the technical team to address customer-specific needs.
• Reporting & Documentation:
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Ensure proper documentation of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer support.
• Coordinate with international suppliers to ensure timely delivery and support.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience selling flow meters, specifically Turbine Meters, and Gear Meters.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Instrumentation, or related field) or a relevant technical qualification.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with flow measurement technologies and applications across various industries.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
