We are seeking a skilled Experienced Tester/QA Engineer to join our QA team. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, ensuring software quality through manual and automated testing processes.
Key Responsibilities - Test Planning and Execution: Develop and execute test cases for web, mobile, and enterprise applications.
- Automation Testing: Create and execute automated test scripts using tools like Selenium or Cypress.
- Defect Tracking: Log and manage defects using tools like JIRA, ensuring timely resolution.
- Performance Testing: Conduct performance tests to ensure application scalability and reliability.
- Regression Testing: Perform regression tests to maintain software stability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers and product teams to ensure quality standards are met.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of test plans, test results, and defect reports.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in manual and automation testing.
- Proficiency in tools like Selenium, JIRA, TestNG, or TestRail.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC processes.
- Hands-on experience with API testing tools like Postman or SoapUI.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
- Knowledge of scripting languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- ISTQB or equivalent certification.
