Resident Doctor - Obs & Gynae (Female)

To perform and assist in gynecological procedures.

Responsibilities:
Assist physicians/nurses with gynecological procedures, including but not limited to:
Pelvic exams
Pap smears
Colposcopies
IUD insertions/removals
Endometrial biopsies
Other procedures as required
Prepare examination rooms and ensure all necessary equipment and supplies are readily available.
Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean and sterile environment.
Provide patient education and support regarding procedures, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
Obtain and document patient medical history, vital signs, and other relevant information.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and other staff members.
Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control guidelines.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed (e.g., scheduling appointments, managing inventory).
