Job Description

We are looking for a MERN Stack Developer to join our vibrant and dynamic team. If you have a strong command of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, along with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions, we want you on our team!

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

Functional/Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ES6+
Hands-on experience with the MERN stack: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
Solid understanding of React.js and its core principles
Experience with front-end tools like Redux, Context API, or similar state management libraries
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and responsive design frameworks like Bootstrap or Material-UI
Experience developing RESTful APIs and working with JSON
Good knowledge of database concepts and hands-on experience with MongoDB
Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code
Understanding of Agile development methodologies
Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms and optimizing output for them
Experience with DevOps practices, Docker, or CI/CD pipelines is a plus

Responsibilities and Duties :

Developing front-end components using React.js and integrating them with backend systems
Design and build scalable, high-performance applications with the MERN stack
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for both server and client-side applications
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and database schemas
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Debug and troubleshoot issues in the production environment
Optimize components for maximum performance across various devices and platforms
Contribute to team and organizational improvements in process and infrastructure
