- Office Management:Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents
- Manage office supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed
- Ensure a clean and organized office environment
- Communication:Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries

- Coordinate communication between various departments
- Scheduling:Manage and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare agendas and take minutes during meetings
- Data Entry and Record Keeping:Input and update data in databases and spreadsheets
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Support to Management:Assist executives and managers in daily tasks
- Conduct research and prepare reports as needed
- Customer Service:Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Address inquiries and provide information to clients or customers
