Technical Lead - Data Engg & Management

Design, develop, and maintain large-scale data pipelines and data platforms using big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka.Develop and implement data integration strategies for disparate data sources.Work with data analysts and data scientists to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of data for analysis and modeling.Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement data solutions that meet business requirements.Develop and maintain data quality standards and procedures.Optimize data pipelines and platforms for performance and scalability.Troubleshoot and debug issues with data pipelines and platforms.Strong knowledge of database systems, data warehousing, and ETL processes is also essential.Excellent communication skills and be comfortable leading and mentoring other engineers.
