Qualification : B. Arch.
Experience : 8 - 20 Years (Need experience for Real Estate - Commercial / Office Spaces and Luxury & High Rise Experience Only).
Job Location : Mumbai

Job Purpose:

Manage and drive end to end architectural work related to super luxury and large projects through consultants and project teams to develop best in class architecture

JD - In Brief for your general understanding only:
1) Engage with International architects & allied consultants for capability assessment and appointment on board as per tracker timelines.
2) Prepare PDB for creation of Design Brief / RFP as per tracker timelines to ensure regional nuances are captured and work with the Corporate Architect for timely finalisation of the project concept.
3) Guide and manage the consultants for get Deliverables for Concept & Schematic packages as per agreed timelines.
4) Issuance of all design tender packages to contracts team as per the timelines & quality
5) Support the site team in timely completion of design works
6) Scout the Global market for vendors of cutting edge new technologies and products and add to the BEPL vendor database
7) Constantly explore the latest innovations from the Global market, review the feasibility of implementation and introduce innovative technologies in the project
8) Regularly update head design wrt status on key design deliverables, critical project update and critical issues impacting projects progress and costs
9) Finalise the sustainability targets in discussion with design head and provide oversight & support, wherever required, to ensure that the same is a achieved
10) Develop network with Industry professionals and keeping updates of ongoing development trends to create database for knowledge management for the organization
11) Use innovative material & design concepts/ideas to add value to and / or differentiators for the project while also ensuring VE initiatives do not compromise on the design intent
