Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced System Administrator to manage and oversee our IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, system validation, and other compliance needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Administration:
  
• Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 environments, including user accounts, permissions, and troubleshooting.
• Oversee Azure cloud infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and cost efficiency.
• Compliance and Validation:
  
• Conduct system validation and ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., GxP, ISO, GDPR).
• Develop, implement, and maintain IT policies and procedures to meet compliance requirements.
• Infrastructure Management:
  
• Monitor and manage servers, networks, and storage systems.
• Ensure data integrity, backup, and disaster recovery protocols are in place.
• IT Support:
  
• Provide technical support for system-related issues to employees and departments.
• Train and guide team members on system use and best practices.
• Security and Risk Management:
  
• Implement and manage robust security measures to protect systems from cyber threats.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
• Project Support:
  
• Collaborate with development teams for software integration and support ongoing projects requiring IT expertise.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education:
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience:
  
• 4+ years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Hands-on experience with system validation and IT compliance requirements.
• Technical Skills:
  
• Knowledge of networking, server management, and virtualization (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
• Familiarity with compliance standards (ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA) is a plus.
• Experience in implementing security protocols and measures.
• Soft Skills:
  
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.

Certifications (Preferred):

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator
• CompTIA Security+ or equivalent
