Job Description

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals and targets. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. Monitor competitors and industry trends to stay ahead in the market.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team. Set sales targets and motivate the team to achieve and exceed them. Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Collaborate with key clients to understand their business needs and objectives. Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Streamline and optimize the sales process to enhance efficiency and productivity. Implement best practices and sales methodologies to improve overall team performance. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and make necessary changes.
  • Sales Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports and present them to senior management. Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions. Use sales analytics to forecast future sales trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Budget Management: Manage the sales budget effectively, allocating resources efficiently to maximize ROI. Control expenses and monitor financial performance against budget.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. Communicate sales goals, objectives, and performance expectations to the sales team

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (Master s degree preferred)

  • Background in chemical engineering or mechanical engineering
  • Proven experience as a successful sales manager, preferably in a national or regional sales role
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the water treatment side for cooling towers industry Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies
  • Proficient in sales software and CRM systems
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze complex data and draw meaningful conclusions
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor analysis
