Job Overview:

Bionics Enviro Tech is looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to handle end-to-end accounting operations, with a strong focus on Accounts Receivables. The ideal candidate must have deep knowledge of financial management, taxation, GST, compliance, and auditing. Since we operate PAN India, fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory for smooth communication with clients and vendors. The selected candidate must also be willing to relocate to Tamil Nadu.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.
• Handle Accounts Receivables efficiently, ensuring timely collection from clients and managing outstanding payments.
• Oversee GST, taxation, TDS, and other statutory compliances as per government regulations.
• Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss reports, and cash flow management.
• Ensure bank reconciliation, invoice processing, and vendor payments are done accurately and on time.
• Work closely with the management to optimize financial strategies and cash flow.
• Conduct internal audits and maintain compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities when required.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams in Hindi and English for smooth financial operations.
• Be willing to relocate to Tamil Nadu and adapt to the company's working environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, with a strong focus on Accounts Receivables.
• Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and other accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards.
• Must be fluent in Hindi and English for effective communication.
• Excellent skills in financial reporting, budgeting, and reconciliation.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Must be ready to relocate to Tamil Nadu.
• Salary will be based on performance and experience.
