Role & responsibilities
The purpose of the position is to ensure the timely making of a quality Tender/Proposal, for submission by sales Department, as per the established Company Standards. To ensure proper support to the organizations sales team to achieve company's goals & objectives.

Job Responsibility:

• Making of perfect, up to date, presentable tender/Proposal/Quotation.
• Vendor development and Co-ordination with Sales & other related Departments.
• Ensuring timely receipt & analysis and making of tender documents.
• Ensuring proper support to Sales team, managing of schedules, creating sales documents and proposals.
• Generating reports related to sales activities, as well as handling vendors and
  prioritizing customer requests while the sales team is out of the office.
• Obtain the lowest possible purchase price for high quality products.
• Ensure suppliers reliability, in terms of both quality and service.
• Candidate should have experience from a Hospital/Medical Devices Optical Products.
• Should have faced the international audits and resolved the queries.
• Expert in MS Office.
• To inform all resolved issues and non - resolved issues timely to reporting manager.
• Prepare technical and financial bids and arranging necessary supporting documents. Any other task assigned by Reporting Manager.
• Understanding of various technical specification and should be able to make Compliances Sheets.

Location: - Okhla Phase II, New Delhi

• B.Tech or Diploma with one year experience in "Medical Devices and Equipment Company/Industry."
