BioGenex - Lead Software Engineer - Embedded System (3-5 yrs)

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Develop Application software in VC++ or Python 2.7 and 3. 8 or Java, etc with windows or Linux OS platforms.

- Good Knowledge about SPI, I2C, CAN, UART, USB, Ethernet protocols.

- Familiarity of handling different sensors and motors.

- Hands on with one or more of DBs, MS Access, Mango, etc.

- Design & development of Web-services, CSS, Java Script, PyScript.

- Must be familiar and hands on with version control management tools.

- Develop test procedures and test reports.

- Good experience in analyze and resolve bugs.

- Must be knowledgeable in SDLC and different phases.

- Must have experienced & involved in full cycle development projects.

- Develop test cases for thorough system testing.

- Design, develop, code, test and debug embedded software solutions for a variety of platforms.

- Good Knowledge of version control like GIT.

- Working Knowledge about Linux device drivers, Embedded Linux, RTOS, BareMetal, RISC-V.

- Working Knowledge about Arm processors, RISC-V processors assembly instructions.

- Work with product & project management, hardware design and development, cloud software team to deliver successful end-to-end solutions.

- Create software that communicates with other devices through a variety of networks and RF protocols.

- Create and run software unit tests and participate in peer reviews.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Design and development of Application software in VC++/ Java/ Python.

- Experience in product development process (waterfall, iterative and Agile).

- Must have good communication, debug and logical skills.

- Maintain good team relationships with mechanical & electrical/electronic teams in analyzing and resolving bugs.

- Work effectively in a team of engineers, both learning from, and mentoring others.

EDUCATION :

- B.E

- Must have hands experience with VC++ & Python.

Must have Linux OS knowledge.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:.

- A minimum 3-5 years of experience in Design & Development of software,.

- Application development in automotive/medical/industrial automation/ Robotic domain is an advantage.
