Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with 4-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, system administration, and experience with modern DevOps practices. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our CI/CD pipelines, managing infrastructure as code, and ensuring the reliability and scalability of our systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate the software development lifecycle.

- Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.

- Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and scalability.

- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration processes.

- Implement security best practices across all DevOps activities, including access controls, vulnerability scanning, and compliance.

- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises servers as needed.

- Automate operational processes with appropriate tools, scripting, or coding.

- Troubleshoot issues across the full stack - hardware, software, application, and network.

- Maintain and improve logging, monitoring, and alerting systems.

- Document processes, workflows, and system configurations to ensure maintainability and scalability.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.

- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI, etc.).

- Proficient in scripting and programming languages (Python, Bash, Go, etc.).

- Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Knowledge of configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef).

- Familiarity with version control systems (Git, SVN).

- Strong understanding of networking, security, and infrastructure best practices.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Certifications in AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms.

- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).

- Knowledge of agile methodologies and DevOps best practices.

- Familiarity with microservices architecture and serverless computing.
