Sasvitha Home Finance Private Limited is looking for Junior Officer / Trainee to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.Assist in processing housing finance applications, including verification of documents and assessment of eligibility criteria.Support senior officers in managing customer queries related to housing loans, interest rates, and repayment schedules.Conduct initial background checks on potential borrowers, ensuring all compliance and regulatory requirements are met.Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of loan disbursements, repayments, and outstanding balances.Help in evaluating the financial status of applicants by reviewing credit reports and income details.Assist in following up with clients on loan status and documentation requirements.Contribute to market research activities to identify emerging trends in housing finance and customer preferences.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient loan approval processes.Attend training programs to enhance knowledge of housing finance products and regulatory policies.Provide administrative support to the housing finance department as required, ensuring smooth daily operations.
