You will lead a team of professionals in enhancing the online shopping experience, managing digital storefronts, and driving eCommerce technology infrastructure to support the growth of our digital sales.
Key Responsibilities:eCommerce Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive eCommerce strategy, aligning with business objectives, to drive online sales and customer satisfaction.
Digital Storefront Management: Oversee the design, content, and user experience of the digital storefront, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and fully optimized.
eCommerce Platform: Manage and maintain the eCommerce platform, ensuring its functionality, performance, and security.
Evaluate and implement upgrades or changes as needed.
Product Management: Work closely with product management teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date product listings, pricing, and inventory.
Customer Experience: Continuously improve the online shopping experience, addressing user feedback and streamlining the purchase process.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Implement CRO strategies to increase conversion rates, reduce cart abandonment, and optimize the sales funnel.
eCommerce Analytics: Monitor and analyze eCommerce performance using web analytics tools, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Payment and Checkout Systems: Oversee payment gateway integrations, checkout processes, and security protocols to ensure smooth transactions and data protection.
Third-party Integrations: Manage third-party integrations, including shipping, inventory management, and marketing tools, to enhance the overall eCommerce ecosystem.
SEO and Digital Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement SEO best practices and digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales.
Customer Support: Work closely with customer support teams to address online customer inquiries and issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
Compliance: Ensure that the eCommerce platform complies with all relevant regulations and data protection laws.
Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
Several years of professional experience in eCommerce management, web development, or a related role.
Proficiency in eCommerce platforms, content management systems, and web analytics tools.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, user experience, and SEO.
Effective project management and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience with eCommerce software such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or custom-built solutions.
Familiarity with emerging eCommerce technologies, such as AI-driven personalization and AR/VR shopping experiences.
