The Account Manager position will be responsible for:
Direct sales and customer satisfaction within the designated territory in India.
Managing and growing the business in the given territory (Rajasthan) with HQ at Jaipur

Achieve sales, marketing and financial objectives for relevant products
Sales of product within approved price range
Advise on maintenance of inventory levels so that the Company and customer expectations are met
Develop new initiatives to grow sales and profit lines
Responsible for coordinating between customers and other departments in the company to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsible for ensuring that the company is achieving its objective of customer satisfaction at all times and reports promptly to the Sales Manager of any circumstance where this is not occurring
Identify and develop Key stake holders in High Potential Institutes for collaboration and business development for overall health care access and inclusion
Manage Channel Partners for sourcing, augmenting and delivering the offering of the organization
Maintain excellent market knowledge of all major prospects and local competitor activities and report this information to the Sales Manager and marketing team
Prepare, implement, monitor (set objectives) and achievement of the business plan product portfolio
Liaise with Capital Specialist, Product Manager/Specialist in the formulation of sales strategies and the negotiation of product pricing
Manage relationships with key opinion leaders across product portfolio
Responsible for controlling all elements relating to the sale of product within product portfolio (small gadgets and consumables) including pricing, planning, evaluations, demonstrations, installations and post sales support (secondary responsibility)
Liaise with Service Dept to ensure instruments meet specifications and that appropriate levels of maintenance and service is achieved
What You Bring:
Degree Medical or Biomedical/Biosciences
Master in PhD in Science or Marketing/ Business Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with proven trade records
Excellent technical and practical knowledge of technologies used in Life Sciences and Clinical Diagnostics
Good working knowledge of life science/clinical diagnostics practice and have knowledge of the Sale Process
