Technical Architect - MERN Stack (7-15 yrs)

Job Description :

1) Technical Design and Implementation :

- Architect and implement robust backend infrastructure and cloud-based solutions that align with client objectives, with a strong focus on the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, NodeJS) deployed on AWS.

- Design scalable, secure systems and produce comprehensive documentation, including design specifications, integration patterns, and deployment guidelines.

- Ensure that all implementations adhere to best practices in performance, security and maintainability.

2) Client Engagement :

- Act as a trusted advisor by engaging with clients to understand their business challenges and provide strategic technical guidance.

- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights that support client digital transformation initiatives.

3) Pre-Sales Participation :

- Support pre-sales efforts by participating in client meetings, delivering technical presentations, and developing compelling proposals that effectively address client needs.

4) Technical Expertise :

- Demonstrate deep, hands-on experience with the MERN stack and AWS, ensuring robust backend and cloud-based solution delivery.

- Evaluate and select the optimal platforms and practices for application development, ensuring alignment with performance, scalability, and security standards.

5) Team Leadership and Collaboration :

- Lead and mentor the backend and cloud engineering team, driving technical excellence and optimizing solution delivery.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and project managers, to ensure seamless project execution.

- Work closely with the Founder and leadership team to strategize, prioritize opportunities, and drive revenue growth through effective solution selling.

6) Communication :

- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Non-Negotiable Requirements :

- AWS Certification : Must hold an active AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional) or equivalent certification.

- Work from Office : Candidates must be available to work from our office.

- NodeJS/MERN Experience : Proven, in-depth experience with NodeJS and the MERN stack is essential.

- Educational Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.

Qualifications :

1) Experience :

- 10+ years in backend and cloud engineering.

- At least 5 years in a technical architect or similar leadership role with significant client-facing responsibilities.

2) Skills :

- Proficient in designing and implementing backend systems using the MERN stack on AWS.

- Strong understanding of cloud-based infrastructure, application security, and integration best practices.

- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
