HR Executive,

Digital Marketing Executive,

Sales Executive, and

Engineering Graduates (Trainee BIM Modelers).

Join us and also receive top-notch training before starting work. We also provide stipend (50% of your salary) during your two month training, and then an opportunity to work on global projects.

Open Positions & Responsibilities:

1. HR Executive:

• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
• Support HR operations such as payroll, leave management, and policy implementation.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth communication and employee satisfaction.
• Collaborate with management to plan workforce needs.
• Ensure compliance with organizational goals and HR best practices.

2. Digital Marketing Executive:

• Develop and implement social media and marketing strategies to promote BIMQP services.
• Create engaging content for blogs, websites, and email campaigns.
• Analyze digital marketing data to enhance campaign performance.
• Manage SEO/SEM, PPC campaigns, and social media ads.
• Work closely with the sales team to generate quality leads.

3. Sales Executive:

• Identify and connect with international clients in the AEC industry.
• Research potential leads, pitch BIMQP services, and maintain client relationships.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to client needs.
• Meet sales targets and provide regular updates to the team.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the sales process.

4. Trainee BIM Modelers (Engineering):

• Learn tools like AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and BIM360 during training.
• Work on live international projects to gain hands-on experience.
• Develop skills in drafting, modeling, and BIM coordination.
• Collaborate with design teams to deliver high-quality outputs.
• Prepare for roles like BIM Modeler, Drafter, or BIM Coordinator post-training.
