Sr. BIM Modeler (MEPF)

Role & responsibilities

Create 3D BIM coordinated models in Revit MEPF Disciplines as per specific standards and practices (LOD 450)

Point Cloud to BIM Conversion for MEPF part

Able to perform thorough QA/QC. for MEPF BIM projects and interdisciplinary coordination.

Preparation of samples for new projects as required

Provide estimation for the BIM projects for the MEPF part as per the guidelines.

Ensure a high level of accuracy of work done and meet deadlines.

Develop plans, sections, elevations, and details from a 3D BIM model for projects of all sizes and technical complexities.

Create 3D views on an as-needed basis for marketing or project use.

Prepare complete and accurate drawings, including checking and coordinating details and dimensions.

Preferred candidate profile

Key Skills 1: Clear Understanding of Domain Concepts

Key Skills 2: 3D in Revit Model & Coordination, Scan to BIM modeling, QA/QC, Sampling and Estimation

Key Skills 3: Recap, Navis Basic, Family Making.

Secondary Skills 1: Communication Basic

Secondary Skills 2: High Skills in BIM Modelling (LOD 450)

Secondary Skills 3: MS Office
