Tele calling- US Shift

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team and drive growth through new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients in the US to promote products and services.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow up on leads and conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and improve processes.

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Previous experience in telecalling or a similar role preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work US shifts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
