UI UX Designer

Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to create intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user-centered design, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless design implementation and a smooth user journey.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ User Experience & Interface Design

• Design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing UI/UX solutions for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to illustrate design ideas.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency.

✅ User Research & Testing

• Conduct user research, surveys, and usability testing to understand user behavior.
• Analyze feedback and data to improve UX decisions.
• Work on A/B testing, heatmaps, and behavioral analytics to refine designs.

✅ Collaboration & Development Support

• Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to bring designs to life.
• Provide high-fidelity prototypes and detailed design documentation for developers.
• Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with best UX/UI practices.

✅ Visual & Interaction Design

• Apply typography, color theory, and layout principles for clean and modern designs.
• Design microinteractions and animations to enhance user engagement.
• Ensure the interface is user-friendly, responsive, and aesthetically appealing.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design or a related field.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
• Strong knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks (a plus).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to analyze user behavior and translate insights into design improvements.
• Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design principles.
• Portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in eCommerce, FinTech, SaaS, or mobile app UI/UX.
• Familiarity with motion design, gamification, or AR/VR UX.
• Ability to work with Agile & Scrum teams.
