You will be responsible for estimating the quantities of materials, resources, and labor required for construction activities, developing comprehensive schedules, and monitoring and controlling project execution costs and progress to ensure timely completion.
Your expertise will be crucial in optimizing resource allocation, minimizing costs, and maintaining project schedules, ultimately ensuring the successful execution of projects.

Skills Required:
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering having experience in quantity estimation, project planning and monitoring of large buildings construction projects.
Candidate should have the experience 5-10 years.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Quantity estimation, project planning and monitoring of large buildings construction projects.
Strong technical knowledge of construction principles, methods, quality systems and materials.
Clarity of building codes, regulations, and safety standards applicable to construction projects.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Proficiency in quantity surveying methods, quantity and cost estimation and billing.
Proficiency in MS project, AutoCad, Excel, Power Point
