Servicenow Developer

Role & responsibilities

1. At least 4 years of experience in ServiceNow development

2. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator

3. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist

4. Development Lead experience

5. Excellence in transferring business requirements and solution architecture into technical solution design

6. Technical product backlog design & estimation experience

7. Experience in implementing interfaces between ServiceNow and other applications

8. Experience in implementing reports using ServiceNow Reporting and Performance Analytics

9. Flexibility to adapt design and estimation to scope changes

10. Excellent technical risk management incl. risk communication to external interfaces teams, PM

11. Experience in working with SCRUM teams in JIRA/Asana and ServiceNow tools

12. Familiarity with Team Development code repository pull/push mechanisms in ServiceNow

13. Ability to prepare technical documentation incl. Technical Design, Release Manuals

14 Excellence in cooperation with Test Lead and Testing Team, Business Analyst, External Technical Teams, Project Teams

15. Initiative and ability to work independently

16. Fluent English (written and spoken)

- Solution Architecture design ability

- HP ALM user experience

- SCRUM Master Experience

- Experience in validated projects

- Experience in leading Technical Releases between instances incl. release plan, tracking and communication
