Job Description

Design, develop, and maintain infrastructure automation tools for the Odoo platform and AWS environment (RDS, S3, Docker).
Implement and monitor CI/CD pipelines to streamline the deployment process, ensuring minimal manual interventions and supporting continuous integration.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that our systems are reliable, secure, and optimized for scalability, aligning with the long-term goal of centralizing multiple systems on the Odoo/BR Connect platform.
2. Collaboration and Integration Support
Collaborate with development, AI/ML, and RPA teams to integrate data-driven applications and automation processes within the Odoo ecosystem.
Ensure efficient containerization and deployment of applications, working closely with development teams to enhance deployment workflows and infrastructure consistency.
Facilitate the effective integration of RPA processes, supporting seamless automation workflows across departments and aligning RPA efforts with the platform\u2019s long-term goals.
3. Cloud Infrastructure and Multi-System Management
Build, manage, and scale AWS cloud environments tailored to Odoo requirements and operational demands.
Regularly assess infrastructure performance, scalability, and security, adapting cloud solutions to meet evolving business needs.
Work toward consolidating approximately 30 different systems into the Odoo/BR Connect platform, ensuring cohesive system operations, data flow, and connectivity.
4. Monitoring and Troubleshooting
Implement and manage monitoring and logging solutions to support real-time health, performance, and security metrics across systems.
Proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues within software systems, minimizing downtime and ensuring continuous availability.
Conduct root-cause analysis for critical incidents and develop action plans to mitigate potential risks.
5. Security, Compliance, and Best Practices
Develop, implement, and manage security policies and procedures to maintain high levels of data protection and compliance across cloud and on-premises environments.
Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices, such as HIPAA compliance, especially concerning AI/ML applications and RPA integrations.
Regularly audit infrastructure for vulnerabilities, implementing measures to safeguard data and operational integrity.
6. Continuous Improvement and Innovation
Continuously evaluate and enhance DevOps practices to boost system reliability, performance, and scalability, introducing automation and innovative solutions.
Lead process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce manual efforts, and drive long-term scalability across the Odoo/BR Connect platform.
Stay up-to-date with emerging DevOps tools, methodologies, and industry trends to keep Billed Right at the forefront of healthcare IT innovations.
Requirements
Daily Responsibilities:
Monitor CI/CD pipelines and resolve deployment issues.
Lead daily stand-ups with development teams to address immediate infrastructure needs.
Review system health metrics, addressing any potential risks.
Coordinate with the development team for real-time system changes or optimizations.
Weekly Responsibilities:
Conduct infrastructure review and optimization sessions.
Present performance and security reports to department heads.
Review deployment timelines and update system requirements as necessary.
Monthly Responsibilities:
Lead strategic planning sessions focused on infrastructure scaling, tool updates, and process improvements.
Conduct security and compliance audits, implementing action plans based on findings.
Plan and execute major system upgrades or integrations to enhance platform capabilities.
Qualifications:
1. Technical Expertise:
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in DevOps or related roles, with a strong understanding of DevOps methodologies, tools, and processes.
Hands-on experience with AWS services (RDS, S3, Docker) and familiarity with Odoo or similar ERP platforms is highly desirable.
Proficiency with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git) and containerization/orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
2. Proficiency in Scripting and Automation:
Skilled in scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, or Bash .
Experience with automation and containerization, especially for microservices architectures and large-scale deployments.
3. Cloud Infrastructure and Security:
Proficient in managing cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with experience in deploying, scaling, and optimizing cloud environments.
Familiarity with security best practices and compliance requirements, especially for healthcare or regulated environments (e.g., HIPAA).
4. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
Strong troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Ability to strategically optimize infrastructure for long-term scalability and performance.
