Your Job Responsibilities :

What You Will Be Doing :

Exp range : 2 to 4 Years

- Analyse and interpret complex data sets using Advanced SQL, Python, and Power BI to generate actionable insights.

- Collaborate across teams to define, track, and refine key business metrics.

- Design and implement data-driven strategies to improve processes and product offerings.

- Conduct root cause analysis to identify gaps, exceptions, and improvement areas.

- Present findings effectively through Data Visualization tools and clear Business Communication.

- Provide input on strategic decisions that influence business verticals

- Advocate for practical, system-driven solutions with measurable business impact.

Requirements :

- Education: B.Tech. + MBA (preferable but not mandatory for exceptional candidates).

- Experience : Minimum 2+ years in product-based companies in domains like Supply Chain, Retail, Manufacturing, FMCG, or Consumer Internet.

- Technical Skills : Proficient in Advanced SQL, Python, and Data Visualization tools (e.g., Power BI or Tableau).

- Soft Skills: Excellent business communication, hypothesis testing, and logical problem-solving.

Work Mode : On-site (Work from Office)-: 5.5 days per week
