Bijnis - Associate Product Manager - eCommerce/SaaS Platform (1-2 yrs)

Your Job Responsibilities What You Will Be Doing :

- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the supplier platform, by doing deep market research from physical factory/stakeholders' interviews.

- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and prioritization to launch and iteration, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality features and enhancements.

- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and other stakeholders to translate customer needs and market trends into actionable product requirements and user stories.

- Work closely with Supplier ecosystem & supply teams to drive product adoption, retention, and expansion, and ensure a seamless experience.

- Define and track key metrics and KPIs to measure the success of the platform and drive continuous improvement.

Your Skillset What makes you a great fit for the team :

- Ownership mindset, Compatible in delivering MVP (minimum viable products in couple of weeks / a month)

- Bachelor's degree in Computer applications / Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- 1-2 years of experience in product management roles, with a focus on platform or SAAS products.

- Deep understanding of SaaS business models, technology trends, and best practices in product management.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and business outcomes.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience working in a startup or fast-growing company environment, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial culture.
