Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solutions Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have professional certification in Databricks, extensive experience in implementing end-to-end Databricks Lakehouse solutions, and proficiency with additional platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Snowflake. This role demands a combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills to drive successful data and analytics projects for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, data challenges, and objectives. Provide expert guidance and recommendations on data and analytics solutions.
• Solution Design: Architect and design end-to-end Databricks lakehouse solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and best practices.
• Implementation: Lead the implementation of Databricks solutions, including data ingestion, transformation, storage, and visualization. Ensure seamless integration with other platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Snowflake.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and team members. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, data engineers, and business analysts, to deliver comprehensive data solutions.
• Pre-Sales Support: Assist the sales team with technical expertise during the pre-sales process. Develop proof-of-concepts (POCs) and present solutions to potential clients.
• Documentation and Training: Create detailed documentation, including solution architecture, implementation plans, and user guides. Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Development Management, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Must have Databricks Data Engineering Professional Certification.
• 4+ Years Data Engineering Experience, 5+ years of consulting experience (overall around 7 to 8 years experience)
• Minimum 2-3 projects delivered with hands-on experience in Databricks
• Completed Apache Spark Programming with Databricks, Data Engineering with Databricks, Optimizing Apache Spark on Databricks
• Experience in Spark and/or Hadoop, Flink, Presto, other popular big data engines
• Familiarity with Databricks multi-hop pipeline architecture
• Proven experience in implementing end-to-end data solutions on Databricks.
• Proficiency in at least one additional platform: Azure, AWS, or Snowflake.
• Expertise in data engineering, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
• Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and other relevant languages.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Deep understanding of cloud architecture and services related to data and analytics.
