Job Title: Trainer for BPO International Process

Location: Sector - 98, Noida

Shift timings: US (Night shift)

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Trainer to join our team, responsible for designing and delivering training programs for BPO professionals on international processes and procedures. The successful candidate will have a strong background in BPO operations with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to ensure training content is accurate and up to date

- Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop targeted training solutions

- Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and presentations

- Deliver training sessions to BPO professionals, either in-person or virtually

- Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement

- Stay current with industry developments and trends, applying this knowledge to training programs.

- To train the new recruits on product and process/soft skills/voice & accent and bring them up to the expected benchmark, before they hit the floor.

- Ensuring Improvement of Quality Scores of Employees.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in business, or related field

- Minimum 2 years of experience in BPO operations and training

- Strong knowledge of BPO international processes and procedures

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
