Job Description
About the Role- The Bid Manager liaises with colleagues from numerous disciplines to lead the proposal framework and gather inputs from the broader team, ensuring quality collateral is delivered accurately and timely. Tasks:
- Working with sales and delivery to quickly understand needs and scoping required support in producing commercial proposals, RFP or tender responses.
- Generating timelines and bid milestones from initial review of documentation through response development, draft preparation and management sign off.
- Coordinating all day-to-day aspects of bid initiatives and maintaining appropriate reporting and visibility.
- Composing bid teams where needed and leading them to deliver according to customer deadlines.
- Developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders and serving as the focal point for all bid related queries and communication.
- Have a Bachelors degree or equivalent through experience (min 5 years)
- Experience in a submissions or marketing role within technology/data domain
- Strong affinity with sales processes, commercial attitude;
- Process-oriented and analytical;
- Strong influencing and project management skills;
- High attention to detail, grammar and punctuation
