Project Planning & Coordination : Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate project activities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Stakeholder Communication : Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders. Provide regular updates on project status and address any issues that arise.
Resource Management : Help allocate resources, track project progress, and adjust plans as necessary to meet project goals.
Risk Management : Identify potential project risks and work with the Project Manager to develop mitigation strategies.
Quality Assurance : Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Conduct regular reviews and assessments of project performance.
Documentation & Reporting : Maintain comprehensive project documentation and prepare detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Education : Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience : 0-2 years of experience in project management, preferably in the IT services industry.
Skills :
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, GoodDay, Excel and Google Sheets).
Basic understanding of IT concepts and software development lifecycle.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Certifications : PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.
